An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There was one child present ( 2 points) with 1 caregiver. The home, child records, caregiver records, household member records evacuation logs and emergency supplies were reviewed. The child was observed playing with floor toys, watching a musical video and singing along. Areas of non-compliance were cited on the violation notice.
