A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 3 children present with 2 caregivers supervising. The children were observed hand washing, playing with floor toys and preparing for breakfast. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection, the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Areas of non-compliance were cited on the violation notice..
