An announced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted with the provider on May 27, 2022 beginning at 10:00 AM and ending at 10:50 AM. There was one child in care with two residential child in the care of the provider for a total of 8 points. The infant was observed sleeping in a bassinet. One child was observed napping on a cot. One child record and two household records were reviewed and in compliance. The emergency drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and radio were observed and in compliance. There were no medication on site to be reviewed. The provider has MAT (Medication Administration Training) certification.
