An unannounced health and safety inspection was conducted on June 16, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 12:39 PM and was concluded at 1:33 PM. During this inspection, there were six children in care totaling fourteen points being cared for by one caregiver. Upon arrival the children were observed napping. The inside play area, restroom, and kitchen area were inspected. The required postings were reviewed and found to be in compliance. The first aid kit, emergency supplies, daily attendance, fire and shelter-in-place drills were reviewed. During the inspection, four children's records, and the provider's records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
