An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are currently no children enrolled in the day care. 2 adult and 2 animal's records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliance.
Emergency supplies, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, bathroom supplies and fridge/freezer temperatures are all in compliance.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-460-C Description: Based on a review of documentation, the cats are not vaccinated for rabies.
Evidence:
The two cats, both have rabies vaccinations that expired 4/7/2022.Plan of Correction: I will have the vaccines taken care of as soon as possible.
