An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:32am-11:03am with the provider on site. There were 4 children with 1 caregivers. A sample of 2 children's files and 3 caregivers/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play. Interactions between the children and caregiver were positive. The physical space, evacuation drills, attendance records, emergency supplies and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. Standard #: 8VAC20-800-60-B Description: Based on review of children's records, two children's files did not contain all required information.
Evidence:
1. Child #1 and Child #2 did not have documentation that a review of the child's emergency contact information was completed. The last review for both children was signed on 6/22/2021.Plan of Correction: I will have the parent's review and update tonight.
