Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on July 19, 2022. The director/provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 7 children present with 2 staff supervising. The children were observed resting. Staff provided supervision to children during rest time.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.

Description: Based on observation, child-resistant protective covers larger than 1-1/4 inches in diameter were not installed on all unused electrical outlets and surge protectors accessible to children under five years of age.
Evidence:
1. 2 outlets were missing protective covers in an area accessible to children under five years of age.
