A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 08/25/2022. There were 3 children present, ages 7 weeks ? 19 months, totaling 11 points and 1 provider present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of diseases, emergencies, and nutrition. A total of 3 children?s records, 1 caregiver record and 1 household member records were viewed. The children were observed during feeding, independent play and rest time. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: children?s records and emergency supplies. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:30 am and departed the family day home at 10:45 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspections determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
