Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the provider, who was present with 7 preschoolers for a total of 14 points. The inspection took place from 12:25 pm to 1:20 pm. The children were eating lunch at the beginning of the inspection, lunch consisted of chicken nuggets, noodles, corn, grapes and milk. After lunch, the children washed hands and had story time and then transitioned to naptime.
Nin e children's files were reviewed as well as two household member's files. The provider reported that there have been no injuries/accidents requiring documentation. There were no medications on site, although the provider obtained the Medication Administration Training on 4/27/21. First Aid and CPR are through American Safety Health Institute and will expire on 5/22/23.
There were no areas of non compliance observed during this inspection.
