Fingerprint results, TB and first aid/CPR certification will expire 12/2022-2/2023. All will need to be renewed prior to the renewal study in late Spring.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted. Three children were present with two caregivers for nine points which is within ratios for supervision. Observed children playing outside on the patio, free play with blocks inside and infant care. Home has dedicated space in both the basement and living room as well as a separate sleeping area for the infants in cribs. Food is bought from home. Reviewed one child's record, emergency preparation, caregiver and household member records as well as trainings. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
