Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 09/21/2022 from 9:00am to 10:15am. There were 4 children ages 12 months to age 3 years old (10 points) with the Provider and 1 assistant. The programming area, full home walk through, outdoor play area, menus, Provider, Assistant and Household member records, 4 children?s records, attendance, emergency drills, and emergency supplies were reviewed. There were no medications onsite at the time of inspection. Children were observed participating in literacy activities, math activities, and doing puzzles. Diapering and handwashing procedures were also observed. All caregivers present were current in certification for MAT, CPR and First Aid. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
