An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/19/2022 from 10:45am to 11:45am. There were 5 children ages 7 months to age 2 years old (16 points) with the Provider. The programming area, outdoor playground area, menus, Provider and Household member records, 5 children?s records, attendance, emergency drills, 6 injury reports, and emergency supplies were reviewed. There were no medications onsite at the time of inspection. Children were observed participating in blocks, literacy activities and dramatic play. Handwashing procedures were also observed. The provider was current with certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid training. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
