Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted 9/29/2022 between the hours of 11:25am through 12:15pm. There were a total of 2 children present ranging in ages from 10 months to 19 months (7 points) with the Provider. A total of 2 children?s files, 2 staff files, and 2 household member?s files were reviewed. The children were engaged in age appropriate free play and handwashing was observed. Positive interactions between caregivers and children were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the programming space, children and staff records, emergency drills, menu, attendance, and emergency procedures were completed today. No new staff have been hired since the last inspection. The provider advised there was no medication on site today. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Description: Based on review of emergency supplies, the provider did not ensure a complete first aid kit with all required items was maintained on site.
