An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 10:35 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. with the provider. There were two children in care, age four and two years old for a total of four points. Children were observed having free play.
Childcare areas were observed. Emergency drills were reviewed. One caregiver record and four children's records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
