An unannounced health and safety inspection was conducted on October 14, 2022, to determine the provider?s compliance with subsidy standards. The inspection begin at 11:45 PM and was concluded at 1:15 PM. During this inspection, there were two children in care totaling seven points being cared for by one caregiver. Upon arrival the children were observed playing with various age appropriate play materials. The inside play area, restroom, and kitchen area were inspected. The required postings were reviewed and found to be in compliance. The first aid kit, emergency supplies, daily attendance, fire and shelter-in-place drills were reviewed. During the inspection, two children's records, and the provider's records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
