An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed today. The physical plant, 2 caregiver member files, 3 children's files, caregiver training, child nutrition, children's activities, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected.
There were 7 children under the supervision of 3 caregivers. During the inspection, children were observed circle time, snack and individual activities. The interactions between the children and caregivers were seen to be positive and constructive in nature.

Standard #: 22.1-289.035-B-4 Description: Based on staff records review, the provider did not obtain a of the results a search of the child abuse and neglect registry or equivalent registry from any state in which the individual has resided in the preceding five years.
Evidence:
1. Staff #2 (date of employment 8/22/2022) did not in record a copy of child abuse and neglect results available for review during the inspection.Plan of Correction: I have all the information and will mail today.
