An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 17, 2022. Upon arrival at 12:10 PM there were a total of 4 children under the care of 1 caregiver present. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 1 household/staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Using a food/liquid thermometer, Licensing Inspector observed the hot water temperature, in the bathroom sink used by the children in car, registered 122.9 Degree F.
