Comments:
The inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection on Monday, December 5, 2022 to determine the family day homes compliance with licensing standards. The inspection begin at 10:00 AM and concluded at 11:30 AM. Today?s census included 7 children totaling 16pts with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector observed the children playing with various toys and play materials, and eating a morning snack. Children were later observed participating in circle time. The inspector all areas of the home including the outside play area. Four children?s records, two caregiver?s record, and one household member?s record were reviewed during the inspection. Last emergency drill: 11/21/22 and Shelter-in-place drill: 9/21/2022 and Lockdown drill: 9/21/2022. Daily attendance records, and all required postings were reviewed. Description: Based on record review, the provider failed to obtain staff TB Tuberculous screening every two years. Evidence: 1. Staff #1 and Staff # 2?s file, did not have current Tuberculous (TB) Screening documented in the file. 2. Staff #1?s Tuberculous screening was documented 10/3/2020. 3. Staff #2?s Tuberculous screening was documented 9/27/2020.
