Violations:
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-570-A
Description: Based on observation, staff interview, and record review, the provider failed to ensure that a caregiver does not exceed 16 points. Evidence: when the licensing inspector arrived at approximately 2:45 p.m. on 11/29/2022, there was one caregiver with 6 children, totaling 17 points. The provider arrived at approximately 3:00 p.m. and stated she had to run a quick errand. The provider stated that there were 17 points present when she left.

Plan of Correction: The provider had to pick up her grandson from school. She stated she could not take a child with her because she loaned her car seat to a parent. She will purchase a new care seat and take a child with her in the future.
