A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements not covered in the licensing regulations. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date, and the two inspections combined cover all SHSI requirements. An area of non-compliance with SHSI requirements was found. Standard #: 8VAC20-790-250-F Description: Based on records reviewed, it was determined that the provider has not completed the annual Virginia Health + Safety Training course in the 12 months. Evidence: According to records, the provider last took the course on 3/21/21. Plan of Correction: The provider stated that she would complete the course by the end of the month.
