Discussed written lock down procedures for emergency preparedness plan. Additionally, one lock down practice drill is required annually.
Discussed requirements for noting children's allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions in addition to written allergy care plans for diagnosed food allergies.
Updated subsidy training (3 hour) is required annually.

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 12/19/2022 from 10:35 am - 11:55 am. There was one child in care during the inspection with the provider.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during this inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were cited.
