Technical Assistance:
The provider must send documentation to the LI that the background checks have been requested no later than 10 days following this notification dated-December 12, 2022. Once the background check is received by the center, the results must be forwarded to the licensing inspector.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 12, 2022. There were 6 children present (18 points) with 3 caregiver's supervising. The home, children's records, caregiver records, household member records, cribs, diaper creams, evacuation logs, attendance logs, and emergency preparedness plans were reviewed. The children were observed playing with floor toys and interacting with caregivers. Area's of non-compliance were cited on the violation notice.
