An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/19/2022 and concluded on 12/29/2022. On December 19, 2022, the inspector was on site from 10:20am to approximately 10:45am. There were no children in care and one provider present. All areas used for child care were inspected. The family day home has age and stage appropriate materials and supplies. The first aid kit and non-emergency supplies were inspected and found complete. Three children's records and one provider's records were reviewed. Additional information was submitted virtually on 12/26/22 and on 12/29/22. There were no violations issued.
