The inspection was initiated on February 13, 2023 and concluded February 13, 2023. There were 2 children present, 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, physical health of caregivers, caregiver training, physical equipment/ environment, care of children, preventing spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records were reviewed.
