An announced initial inspection was conducted on February 3, 2023, from 9:42am to 10:41pm with the provider. There was one child, age 12 months, in the care of one caregiver for a total of 4 points. The child was observed sleeping on a resting mat. Two children's records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider record and two household records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed. Not all of the standards were able to be assessed during this initial inspection.
