Licensing inspector discussed requirements for maintaining files, new license application process, and requirements for maintaining training documents with the provider.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:00pm-1:00pm. There were 12 children in the direct care and supervision of 3 caregivers. A sample of 3 children?s records, and 3 caregivers' records were reviewed. The children were observed napping. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection.
