An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:20pm-1:40pm. There was 1 child in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. The child was observed eating, napping, playing, and being diapered. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the vendor.
