A SHSI inspection was conducted on 3/16/2023. The provider was present with 9 children. A total of 21 points. Lots of materials for the children to explore. The provider has a large play space in the back yard as well. A violation notice was given to the provider along with this inspection summary.

Evidence: The assistants first aid expired on 10/12/2021.Plan of Correction: I will make sure my assistant takes first aid again.
