Standard #: 8VAC20-800-320-B Description: Based on observation, child-resistant protective covers were not installed on all unused electrical outlets accessible to children under five years of age.
Evidence:
1. Two unused electrical outlets were observed without a protective cover in the bathroom used by children.
2. One unused electrical outlet was observed without a protective cover in the main programming area, behind a high chair.Plan of Correction: I put the electrical outlets once the inspector left the daycare.
