An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the provider, who was present with 2 assistants and 11 children, ages ranging from 13 months to 5 years. The inspection took place from 11:35 am to 12:20 pm.
The children were eating lunch during the inspection and then transitioned to handwashing/bathroom time and then on their cots to read a book and naptime. Lunch consisted of chicken nuggets, crackers, mixed fruit, peas and milk.
The younger children happily exited the bathroom to announce to the assistant that they were successful in using the potty chair and were happy to be greeted with a high five.
There were no medications on site. Three newly enrolled children's files were reviewed today. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
