Consultation was given on updating orientation training and records for children (Provision of Emergency Location, Information for Parents) to reflect the new address and training given to caregivers and parents. The Provider's home renovation is complete and will reopen on 4/10/2023 if the zoning approval is complete. New background checks for caregivers have been submitted to the appropriate search agencies.

An announced monitoring visit was conducted. The home renovation is complete and the provider hopes to reopen to children in care 4/10/2023. The daycare space will be in the basement. The majority of equipment will be delivered oner the 4/7-4/9 weekend from the other provider's licensed home. The physical space, emergency preparation, diapering area, nutrition requirement-refrigerator temperature were observed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
