An unannounced mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on March 22, 2023 from approximately 11:40 AM to 12:55 PM. Two caregiver were present with 9 children (28 points). Children were observed preparing for nap, napping, and participating in quiet activities. Four children
records and two caregiver records were reviewed on this date. Licensing Inspector reviewed supervision, activities, equipment, nutrition, children and caregiver records, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency supplies and required postings.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-180-A Description: Based on record review and staff interview, the licensee did not ensure every two years from the date of the first tubeculosis screening obtain update TB results.
Evidence:
Staff #1 most recent TB test was 03/17/2020. Staff #2 most recent TB test was 03/16/2022.
