A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 04/13/2023 from 10:20am to 11:25am to review supplemental health and safety requirements There were 10 children ages 16 months to age 5 years old (24 points) with the Provider and 1 assistant. The programming area, attendance, outdoor play area, menus, Provider, Assistant and Household member records, 3 children?s records, emergency drills, and emergency supplies were reviewed. There were no medications onsite. Children were observed participating in a building activity and singing. The Provider and assistant were held current certification in CPR and First Aid training.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
