Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today, April 20, 2023. The inspector was on site from approximately 1:20 pm until 3:00 pm. There were two children present with one caregiver supervising for a value of five points. Children were napping at the time of the inspector?s arrival. Later children were observed preparing for snack and playing with toys. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records, and one caregiver records were reviewed. The inspectors interacted with the provider and children in care.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact the licensing inspector.
