Comments:

A renewal inspection was completed on Monday, May 1, 2023. There were 3 children in care, 1 household members child present with 1 caregiver and 1 assistant supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records, 1 caregiver, and 1 household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Description:	Based on review of caregivers records and interview, the licensee did not ensure to obtain a minimum of sixteen clock hours of training annually. Evidence: In the caregiver's and assistant records there was no documentation of annual training found. Interview with caregiver confirmed a minimum of sixteen clock hours of training was not available for review during the inspection.
Plan of Correction:	The licensee will ensure to complete annual 16 hours of training as required and will maintain documentation for review.
