An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on May 3, 2023 from approximately 10:15 am to 11:15 am. There were 9 children and 2 caregivers present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, household members, physical environment and equipment, emergencies, caregiver training, preventing the spread of disease and nutrition. The provider record, 1 assistant record, 1 household member record and 5 children?s records were reviewed. All areas of the home were observed and areas where the children are cared for were inspected.
A complete licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
No violations were cited as a result of this inspection.
