An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 7 children present (21 points) with 2 caregivers.
4 child and 4 adult/household records were reviewed. All were complete.
Emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, menu, diapering, fridge/freezer temperatures were all in compliance.
Children were observed resting, during diapering, handwashing, and playing with a variety of toys.
The report will be typed off site and emailed to the provider for signatures
