Consultation was given on subsidy CLASS observations-referred to the VQB% website, updating immunization records and physicals.
- Comments:
-
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted. Four children were present with one caregiver for ten points which is within ratios for supervision. Children were observed playing in both the backyard and in the main childcare room in the home. A new large playground piece for children is in the backyard to climb and play with mulch around the equipment. Reviewed one child's record, provider's training, attendance, nutrition (lunch served today was pizza, apples, carrots and milk) . A musical virtual special visitor from Wolf Trap had been part of the morning programming. The provider participates in USDA and Early Head Start. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
