An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 6/14/2023 from 11:30 am-12:33 pm. There were 8 children (20 points) directly supervised by 2 caregivers. The home, 2 caregiver records, 5 children?s records, 2 household member records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed eating, playing outside, and engaging freely. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
