Comments:
An announced initial inspection was conducted on May 30, 2023 from approximately 10:30 am to 11:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, household members, physical environment and equipment, emergencies, caregiver training, preventing the spread of disease and nutrition. The provider record was reviewed. All areas of the home were observed and areas where the children are cared for were inspected.

The first aid kit was inspected and found complete. The menu and emergency numbers were posted.

The information gathered during the inspection determined violations with applicable standards or law.
