Comments:

A monitoring inspection was conducted today, between 9:30am and 10:15am. There were 9 children present, 23 points, with 3 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed . A total of 4 child records and 5 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Standard #:	8VAC20-800-720-A
Description:	Based on observation. the family day home had medication on site that were not labeled with the child's name. Evidence Two diaper cream that were not labeled with a child's name were located in the bathroom room the children use.
Plan of Correction:	The names come off the diaper creams, I will make sure to put the name on when it wears off.
Standard #:	8VAC20-800-500-F
Description:	Based on observation, a small trampoline was located in the child care area. Evidence: There was a small trampoline located in the area where the children play.
Plan of Correction:	I just the trampoline for myself and put it together last night. It will not be used by the children. I will move it our of the childcare area.
