Comments:

An announced Initial inspection was conducted today from 10am to 11:15am. There were 4 children (9 points) with Provider and one assistant caregiver present today, within the supervision guidelines. Provider and 3 household members records were reviewed and found complete. All enrolled children's files (4) were reviewed. Overall, good recordation system in place. The home was found clean and supplied with ample toys and programming equipment appropriate for the children currently in care. Adequate space determined for the requested capacity of 12 children. Children were observed coloring, washing hands and transitioning to eating a morning snack which consisted of oranges, a banana and graham crackers and water. Provider is considering the MAT training so currently no medications are administered. Emergency procedures, provider contract, First Aid/CPR certification was verified. Three cribs found on site and meet the CPSC requirements. No violations were found today. Thank you for your cooperation.
