A renewal inspection was conducted today, 8/7/2023, between 10:05am and 11:25am. 5 children (10points) were directly supervised by 3 caregivers. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, cots/sheets, changing area, evacuation drills, attendance, required posted documents, 2 children's records and caregiver records were reviewed. No medications were on site. Standard #: 8VAC20-800-940-B Description: Based on observation and interview with the provider, an operable thermometer was not available to monitor refrigerator and freezer compartment temperatures. Evidence: A refrigerator/freezer thermometer was not present at the facility. Plan of Correction: I will obtain one right away.
