A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/21/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requiremen4 ts. This inspection began at 12:40pm and ended at 1:20pm. There were 2 caregivers with children (9 points) in the main daycare room at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed getting ready to take a nap. Children's files, caregiver/household member files, and the evacuation drill log were reviewed. The daycare space (except the kitchen which was under construction and closed off) and playground were inspected. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
