An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:00am-10:40am. There were no children in care. The home, 2 staff records, 1 child record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

There was no evacuation drill documented for July 2023.Plan of Correction: One kid came only for few days in July. Will be practiced every month.

Based on record review, parents of enrolled children were not provided all required information in writing.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-180-A Description: Based on record review, caregivers did not obtain the results of a negative Tuberculosis screening at least every two years.
Evidence:
1. Adult 1's Tuberculosis screening expired on 7/22/23.
2. Adult 2's Tuberculosis screening expired on 8/2/2023.Plan of Correction: Made an appointment for TB screening will send report as soon as we receive from the heath department.
