Use of space and barriers to off limits household living areas were discussed and provider sent digital pictures of room rearrangement to accommodate the potential of 12 children in care verses the four children observed present during the initial inspection.
- Comments:

An announced initial inspection was initiated and concluded on August 22, 2023. There were four children in care with the provider. There were three children in care ranging in age from 23months through three years old. Children present total seven points. Children's records and household records were reviewed. There is a new puppy in the home named Max who is a Cavachon. The puppy is too young for rabies shots and is isolated from the children. The outside play space which is located in the fenced back yard was reviewed. Emergency equipment and first aid kit were reviewed. Required postings, emergency evacuation requirements and use of media were reviewed with the provider. There were not any violations cited as a result of the inspection.
