Technical assistance today included the following areas:
* Follow up on Household member background check
* Discussed the renewal application that was submitted by the provider and the LI requested some missing information.
* The LI emailed the provider an attendance form template.
- Comments:

A renewal inspection was conducted on 09/13/2023 between the hours of approximately 1:15 pm and 2:15 pm. There were 8 children present, ranging in ages from 12 months to 4 years, with 2 caregivers supervising. At the time of inspection, children were observed during their assigned rest period.
The inspector reviewed the physical area of the care area and the entire family day home. Compliance was reviewed in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Provider stated that there was no medication on site today. A total of 3 child records, 2 staff records and 2 household members records were reviewed. The provider completed a total of 88.5 hours of training during the last license year.
