An announced Initial inspection was conducted on September 13, 2023 between the hours of 9:40am and 11:35am. There were 4 children (8 points) with two caregivers supervising, within the supervision guidelines. The inspector reviewed three (3) enrolled children's files, caregivers and 2 household members records. Overall, good recordation system in place. The home was found clean , organized and supplied with ample toys and programming equipment appropriate for the children currently in care. Adequate space determined for the requested capacity of 7 children. Children were observed engaged in music activities, story time, toileting, handwashing and playing in small groups or independently playing. Positive interaction was observed. There was no medication on sight. Emergency procedures, provider contract, and First Aid/CPR certifications were verified. Three cribs were on site and meet the CPSC requirements. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
