A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 9/14/2023 from 12:05pm to 12:45pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 3 children ages 14 months to age 4 years old (8 points) with the Provider. The programming area, attendance, outdoor play area, menus, Provider and Household member records, 3 children?s records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and policies were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Children were observed eating lunch and napping. The Provider is current with CPR and First Aid training.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
