A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection conducted on September 12, 202. The inspector was onsite from 2:10 pm to 4:20 pm. The provider and assistant were available during the inspection.
There were seven children present, ranging from 13 months to 5 years of age (total of 15 points) with three caregivers supervising. A total of five children records and three caregiver records were reviewed. The children were observed during rest time and free play. A walkthrough of the entire home was conducted.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the subsidy supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction and date to be corrected for each violation cited on the violation notice and return it to me within 5 business days from today. Please specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Just writing the word corrected is not acceptable. Your plan of correction must contain: 1) steps to correct the noncompliance with the standard(s), 2) measures to prevent the noncompliance from occurring again; and 3) person(s) responsible for implementing each step and/or monitoring any preventative measures.
